If your students are like most, everyone raised their hand when you polled the group about taking a group tour. Now that you have some momentum, you need to know how to get started. If you have never taken your group on an overnight trip, getting started is really very easy. Here are five easy steps that will ensure you give your students memories of a lifetime:

1. Request Information Click on the "Request Quote" link, select the tour(s) on which you would like more information on and submit it to us. Alternatively, our friendly staff would enjoy speaking with you directly and answer any questions you may have, so feel free to call us toll-free at 800-631-2241. 2. Review Proposal Review the detailed Tour Quote and sample itinerary that we will send you. 3. Call to Discuss We then encourage you to call us to discuss the tour quote, including how to customize the package to fit your group's objectives.		4. Book Your Dates Call us toll-free at 800-631-2241 to book your dates. We will then reserve the dates with no obligation. You are free to cancel at any time prior to sending the first deposit. You should also schedule a student/parent meeting. Upon booking your dates, we will send out a confirmation package, which will include posters for the classroom, flyers for the students and a video for your meeting. 5. Hold Meeting and Collect Deposits At the meeting, call for first deposits to be submitted on the dates detailed in the Tour Confirmation Agreement. Once collected, please call Junior Tours and send them off to Junior Tours. Generally, the first deposits can be $100 to $200 per person, depending on the overall tour fare.
