ALL TOUR DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE ONCE SUBMITTED TO JUNIOR TOURS. If you choose to cancel from the Tour and can find a new replacement, your deposit can be transferred in full to the new replacement’s account. Transfers can not be made to a person who is already registered for the Tour. For groups that are flying, name change fees may apply if the list of registrants has been submitted to the airlines, usually about 60 days before departure.
We highly recommend each tour participant purchase Deposit Protection or Trip Cancellation Insurance.
For Groups Enrolled in Direct Online Billing:
Junior Tours offers Deposit Protection Coverage (DPC). By purchasing this optional coverage, you are entitled to a full refund of all Tour Deposits if you decide to cancel due to illness, injury, death in the family, relocation, financial hardship or scheduling conflict. The DPC must be purchased at the time of Registration. Refunds are not available in the unlikely event your entire Group cancels the Tour or in the event of acts of God, acts of government, epidemics, force majeure events or acts of terrorism.
All cancellation notices and requests for refunds must be in writing to Junior Tours, 935 Route 34, Suite 3C, Matawan, NJ 07747 postmarked no later than your departure date. All refund requests must state the group name, group leader name, tour participant name and reason for cancelling. Eligible refunds take approximately 4 weeks to process. Returned check fees and/or late fees are not part of the refund policies and are always retained by Junior Tours.
For Groups Not Enrolled in Direct Online Billing:
Junior Tours makes available the purchase of Trip Cancellation/Trip Interruption Insurance that is offered by Berkley Insurance, the official sponsor of the National Tour Association.
