For an additional $40 per person, added to the cost of the tour, you can choose to enroll in Junior Tours Online Billing & Communication Service Plan. Once registered, our website will automatically remind tour participants when payments are due, and allow them to log in and make a credit card payment online.

Here is how it works:

• After booking in, Junior Tours will send a Registration Form with your tour confirmation materials.
• You will collect from each Group Member a completed Registration Form and their deposit, each of which will be sent to Junior Tours.
• Junior Tours will then email each Group Member an account name and password.
• Ten days before the next payments are due, Junior Tours will email each Group Member an invoice for the amount due.
• You can view online the account status of any Group Member at any time.
• You can log in and set up a message board to discuss any tour related matters.
• You can email any specific Group Member or broadcast a message to all Group Members anytime.
• With this plan, you will NOT be responsible for collecting or keeping track of each individual payment. THAT BECOMES OUR JOB.
• By accepting credit cards (Visa or MasterCard), you may find that additional parents will enroll their students on the tour.
