Junior Tours Direct Billing Service Plan
For an additional $40 per person, added to the cost of the tour, you can choose to enroll in Junior Tours Direct Billing Service Plan. Upon receipt of your first deposit, Junior Tours will set up an online trip account for each participant.
Here is how it works:
After booking in, Junior Tours will send a Registration Form with your tour confirmation materials.
You will collect from each Group Member a completed Registration Form and their deposit, each of which will be sent to Junior Tours.
Junior Tours will then email each Group Member an account name and password.
Ten days before the next payments are due, Junior Tours will email each Group Member an invoice for the amount due.
You can view online the account status of any Group Member at any time.
With this plan, you will NOT be responsible for collecting or keeping track of each individual payment. THAT BECOMES OUR JOB.
By accepting credit cards (Visa or MasterCard), you may find that additional parents will enroll their students on the tour.
